In addition to the calcium alginate and silver alginate fibres, Suprasorb A+Ag Pro now also contains cellulose fibres, which provide support and have a stabilising effect, improving product’s performance.

Cellulose fibres facilitate efficient exudate management, which promotes wound healing and autolytic debridement. They also help make it possible for the wound dressing to be removed in one piece, which makes the dressing easy to use and enhances treatment safety.

Suprasorb A + Ag Pro reduces the microbial burden and is therefore especially suitable for wounds that are infected or at risk of infection – including with MRSA or VRE.
