| About this Device | Ethicon Plus Antibacterial Sutures are sterile, synthetic, absorbable, surgical suture that contains Triclosan, a broad spectrum antibacterial agent. Coated VICRYL Plus Sutures are recommended for closure of the peritoneum, fascia, subcutaneous tissue (fat), skin and subcuticular tissue. PDS Plus Sutures are indicated for use in general soft tissue approximation, including use in pediatric cardiovascular tissue where growth is expected to occur. MONOCRYL Plus Sutures are recommended for closure of the peritoneum, subcutaneous tissue (fat), and skin / subcuticular tissue. |
