BIOTRONIK’s CLS is the only and unique physiological sensor able to adapt the heart rate in total synchrony with the autonomic system and is the only one able to react both to mental and physical activities.

BIOTRONIK’s CLS is not only a movement sensor, it is clinically proven it has effect on reducing AF burden, reducing syncopal events, providing adequate the heart rate without blood pressure taking into account individual hemodynamic conditions.

CLS has significant effects in:

• Chronotropic incompetent patients, thanks to the capability to react to mental and physical stress
• AF patients with episodes duration less than 1 hour.
• Syncopal patients, because, monitoring inotropic response, it reacts before rate dropping.
• Sick Sinus Syndrome patients, the HRV created by the CLS algorithm during patient daily life closely mimics the physiological one, taking into account individual hemodynamic conditions and the state of disease.
