The role refers to the Tendering Team Leader.
Key responsibilities
- Preparation and submission of tenders to private sector hospitals and clinics
- Preparation and submission of files for the company’s participation in public sector hospital tenders
- Search public sector customer requests for tenders and bids through specific platforms
- Monitoring and recording of competition
Essential qualifications and skills
- Previous experience in a similar position in the medical device industry will be considered an additional asset
- Graduate of higher education institution
- Familiarity with ERP systems or information platforms
- Knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Skills in financial calculations
- Ability to adapt communication to the audience
- Adaptability and flexibility to changes or new data
- Team spirit and good time management
