    Main responsibilities include the management and support of the company’s information systems, focusing on the smooth operation of Soft1 and the resolution of technical issues related to the daily operation of the infrastructure.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for testing new systems, reporting bugs and changes, and working with developers to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
    • Export statistics and reports for all departments via Crystal Reports and recreate all reports required for the new system.
    • Supports the accounting department in the monthly support for updating the accounting books and in the design of automated processes.
    • Plans changes and upgrades to improve system performance and reliability.
    • Works with departments to increase productivity through IT systems.

    Experience and technical knowledge required:

    • Good knowledge of computer systems.
    • Fast learning, a good sense of priorities and effective problem solving.
    • Excellent knowledge of English (written communication, and comfort in oral communication).
    • Familiarity in interfacing ERP with CRM systems – desirable qualification.
    • Excellent knowledge of ERP Softone and experience in customization.
    • Familiarity with methods/tools for monitoring efficiency & effectiveness indicators (e.g. BI Tools, Profit and Loss/product, budgeting). – desirable qualification

    • Interpersonal communication and ability to work with different teams and adapt to different customer profiles.
    • Flexibility, adaptability to new data and receptiveness to different perspectives in a constructive way.
    • Strategic insight – seeking and identifying appropriate information to help solve problems and make competent decisions.
